If you are enthusiastic about international relations and want to find out more about the Away Team, there are a number of opportunities to learn more. During the activities fair in the fall semester, stop by the booths of the Away Team or Duke International Relations Association (DIRA). Additionally, at the beginning of each academic year, the Away Team/DIRA holds a number of information sessions for potential members. Soon after, there are tryouts and a team is announced for the year. Tryouts should not deter anyone from applying; they are fairly short and involve an interview with the Head Delegate and a two-minute speech on a topic in international relations.
